“Non-drop” does not establish that purchased Instagram followers will stay permanently. Find out whether a seller means original followers remain, losses are replaced, or a refill request is available for a limited period. Those are different promises.
BuyFollows sells follower services. This guide explains how to evaluate retention claims; it is not a provider test. We do not have an auditable study supporting a universal retention benchmark or a BuyFollows retention percentage to publish here. Previously published benchmark ranges and the accompanying chart have been withdrawn.
Three measurements that should not be mixed
| Measurement | Meaning | Limitation |
|---|---|---|
| Original-cohort retention | The share of originally delivered accounts still following at a stated date. | Requires identifying that original group and observing it again. |
| Refill delivery | Replacement followers supplied after losses. | Replacements do not show that the original accounts stayed. |
| Net count change | Current follower total minus the starting total. | Mixes new followers, unfollows, removals, other orders and refills. |
Why counts fall, and what we cannot infer
Accounts can unfollow, become unavailable or be removed. A falling total alone cannot identify which accounts disappeared or why. Instagram's Community Guidelines prohibit artificially collecting followers, likes and shares. No seller controls Instagram's enforcement decisions.
Delivery choices are not measured results
Gradual delivery describes a schedule, not protection from drops or restrictions. Price, a “premium” label, photos and posting history do not establish permanence either. We cannot substantiate a daily delivery threshold that avoids enforcement or a profile checklist that guarantees survival.
Worked example: refills can hide losses
Illustrative arithmetic, not BuyFollows or competitor results: an order delivers 1,000 identifiable followers. At day 30, 800 of those same accounts still follow. The seller also delivers 200 replacements.
- Original-cohort retention is 800 ÷ 1,000 × 100 = 80%.
- Survivors plus replacements total 1,000, but original retention is not 100%.
- Unrelated new followers or losses make the account's total even less informative about this particular order.
There is no established “good service” threshold in this guide. Compare results only when observation dates, original groups, replacement handling and missing-data rules are comparable.
Comparing cost honestly
If that hypothetical order cost $20, its cost per original follower still present at day 30 would be $20 ÷ 800 = $0.025. This excludes replacements. Label a calculation that includes replacements separately and explain how later losses and duplicates were handled.
Do not declare a provider cheaper over time using guessed retention rates. Compare a one-time payment and subscription charges over the same observation window.
A record you can actually keep
- Save the offer: service tier, quantity, price, purchase date, delivery estimate and exact refill wording.
- Separate delivery from replacements: record completion times, refill events and support responses.
- Use consistent observations: for example, record the count at completion and after 7, 30 and 90 days. These are observation choices, not guaranteed enforcement cycles.
- Log other activity: campaigns, other orders, refills and missing observations.
- State the limitation: without reliable, permissioned identification of the original delivered group, report a count change, not a verified purchased-follower retention rate. Do not share your password or scrape private data to fill that gap.
A published study should state its number of orders, tiers, observation dates, exclusions and treatment of refills. A chart alone is not sufficient evidence.
Five questions about a refill policy
- When does coverage start and end?
- Are replacements automatic or requested?
- What loss threshold, replacement limit or exclusions apply?
- Do username changes, private profiles or additional orders affect eligibility?
- How are losses from this order distinguished from unrelated unfollows?
For BuyFollows, use the selected service's conditions and contact support with the order reference. Coverage for one package should not be assumed to apply to every pack or subscription.
Frequently asked questions
Can non-drop followers be guaranteed to stay forever?
The label does not establish permanence. Read the refill conditions and distinguish replacements from original followers remaining.
Does a stable count prove good retention?
No. New followers and refills can conceal losses. Original-cohort retention requires tracking the original group separately.
Does gradual delivery prevent drops or restrictions?
It describes a schedule, not proven protection. We do not have a controlled comparison establishing that protection.
Does retention mean engagement?
No. Still following does not establish interest in posts or intent to become a customer.
Ask what can be verified
Ask what remains, for how long, and whether replacements are counted. Our one-time packs and subscription options describe purchase choices; neither model establishes a measured retention advantage.
